Governing Law

  • These term and conditions are governed by the laws in force in Western Australia. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State.

Payments

  • South Perth Learning Centre term membership is valid for the specified term only.
  • Annual membership is $40 and Term membership is $15.
  • Individual courses are priced according to programming guidelines. Payment is required at the time of booking.
  • South Perth Learning Centre (SPLC) is a not-for-profit organisation and is registered for GST.

Refunds

  • Courses without the minimum required number of ​enrolments will be cancelled prior to the course start date. If you are enrolled in such a course, you will be notified and provided with a full refund.
  • No refunds will be given once term has commenced. However, refunds may be possible under certain circumstances after the term has commenced in the form of future course credits, please discuss with centre staff.
  • No pro-rata refunds for ​absence from classes are permitted, unless the absence was due to illness and a medical certificate is provided.

Notifications

  • SPLC updates and information will be emailed to your nominated email address. If you receive correspondence from us and do not wish to receive this information in the future, please email SPLC and ask to be removed from the mailing list. Seven business days should be allowed for this request to be processed.
