In the Pilates for beginners’ classes, learn and practice exercises to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance. The many and varied exercises focus on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, as well as improving coordination and balance. Muscle tone, posture and well-being can also be improved through regular practice of the exercises. Pilates is suitable for all ages.
