Create a gorgeous small and colourful fascinator to proudly wear at a wedding, the races or some other outing. Learn a few basic and simple millinery techniques and use your creativity with sinamay, flowers, feathers and small jewels.

SINAMAY is a very popular hat making foundation.  It is produced by weaving fine strands of fibre from the processed stalks of the Abaca tree, a banana palm native to the Philippines.  Abaca fibre is three times stronger than cotton or silk.  Sinamay takes dye very well and it can be moulded easily and manipulated into different shapes.
